I’m starting to think that the backgrounds are waaaaay too detailed. Reason? Besides how much crap there is in them, they take forever to ink. I tried 2 different ways today and I’m still not happy with them. I think maybe there is too much detail and it’s clashing with the characters/style too much. I felt previously that I didn’t have enough detail to backgrounds, but now I think I have too much. Especially since it takes up so much time just laying out the backgrounds and inking them.
Well I made a poll, maybe readers can give me some more input on it. There’s the anonymity of the poll and then the blog post if you want to say more.

On January 18, 2012, I will send the files and orders over to Ka-Blam for printing. It will take them approximately 1 month to print the books and ship them to me.
